Joey B’s is now open in Lake Saint Louis. The restaurant, part of the Gianino Family of restaurants, has three other locations, including on the Hill. The Lake Saint Louis location, 6247 Ronald Reagan Drive, is the first in St. Charles County.
Owners Tony Gianino and Joey Barczewski have been talking about a new location in the area for years, and they’re excited about belonging to the Lake Saint Louis community.
“The community leaders were incredible to work with,” Barczewski said. “Everybody in this community has been so warm and welcoming.”
Joey B’s is bringing its classic menu, including happy hour, and there’s something for everyone. They’ve got appetizer favorites like wings, toasted ravioli and potato skins. For lighter fare, check out the salad and seafood options, or indulge in pasta, fried chicken or pizza.
Exclusive to Lake Saint Louis is a new dessert. “I found an old gelato recipe of my grandmother’s,” Gianino said. The team will be recreating that recipe for Lake Saint Louis and Lake Saint Louis only.

Gianino and Barczewski said they’ve got some other surprises up their sleeves to be rolled out once the restaurant gets into the swing of things. They’re hoping to bring in regular live music, as well.
“We are extremely happy with the location we landed in and the community,” Gianino said. Both owners thanked all the local community leaders, like Mayor Brian McKinney. “Everybody has been pulling the rope in the right direction — we’re extremely excited and extremely happy.”
Now through July 26, Joey B’s opens at 3 p.m. After that, the kitchen will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday.
