Carbonatix Pre-Player Loader

Here’s how it works: book a Lawn, order through a QR code, and split the tab with your group. Food runners bring orders straight to you from across the hall’s vendors, so nobody’s standing in line while everyone else eats. Games on deck include cornhole, bocce, ladder toss and putting competitions, with more expected over time.

“With Wash Ave Social as part of the space, groups can get their own lawn with games, with all the huge variety of food and drinks available brought to them without interrupting the experience or waiting in lines,” said Alex Oliver, CEO of Oliver Properties. “It makes getting a group together incredibly easy.”

Each Lawn runs hour-long sessions for up to eight players, built for friend groups, date nights, birthdays, office outings and convention crowds alike. FIRETEN Hospitality, which operates the Food Hall, plans to add leagues, tournaments and recurring programming down the road.

“The goal is to remove the friction that can come with organizing a group outing,” said FIRETEN CEO Jeremy Barker. “Everyone can find something they want, food and drinks come to the group, and people can stay engaged with each other and the experience.”

Wash Ave Social sits inside the larger food hall at 1122 Washington Avenue, alongside six full-kitchen concepts, two specialty food and beverage spots, a central bar and the PourMyBeer self-pour wall. Confirmed vendors include 4 Hands Brewing CompanySteve’s SmashMacis’ Prime BBQ and Little BAO, the fast-casual sidekick to The BAO in Clayton.

Pricing and reservation details are still to come, with the Food Hall targeting a Fall 2026 opening.
