In addition to reviewing for Lunch Rush, Matt exercises his love for outdoor cooking with regular grilling recipe contributions. Matt has a master’s degree in history, an obsession with food books, high regard for his cast-iron pan and a large backyard in University City where he chases his 2-year-old son and spends all the time he can barbecuing, smoking, or grilling.
