Timeless, a cannabis lifestyle brand known for its bold design and community-driven mission, has launched its third annual Shred for the Cure campaign, centered around the coolest limited-edition flip case and battery combo designed by Kansas City artist John F. Malta. Though we’ve mainly covered edibles in the past, this pen and its case are such standouts that they warranted coverage, plus it’s raising money for a good cause.
Cute, convenient and ultra-effective, the one-hit-wonder pen is easily our favorite vape product we’ve ever tried – for real, one hit will carry you through for hours. It also delivers a flavorful experience thanks to the added terpenes, but it doesn’t taste artificial, something we’ve come to dislike in many vape products. This was also our first foray into a flip case for a pen, and we’re not sure how we lived so long without one.
This year’s campaign, once again in partnership with Kansas City brain cancer survivor and cannabis advocate DJ Stewart, benefits Head for the Cure, a nonprofit dedicated to brain cancer research and support. All profits from the special-edition pen go directly to the cause, and participating dispensaries across six states, including Missouri, will contribute localized donations.
Since launching, Shred for the Cure has raised more than $58,000. Timeless has set this year’s fundraising goal at $42,000, with efforts running through June 30.
For Stewart, who now travels the country with his wife and caregiver Erin to attend Head for the Cure events, the campaign is personal. “I love getting to interact with other survivors and people going through what I went through,” he said. “And it’s just as gratifying to see Erin bring the same joy to caregivers.”
“DJ and Erin are extraordinary human beings,” said Kyle Webb, VP of Marketing at Timeless. “Shred for the Cure has become more than a fundraiser – it’s a community movement that reflects everything Timeless stands for.”
Timeless is available at many dispensaries around town. Check out the availability map here. For more information and campaign updates, visit @alwaystimeless.co on Instagram.
