Swade Cannabis is continuing its expansion across Missouri with the opening of a new flagship dispensary in Overland, marking the company’s 12th location in the state.
Located at 9720 Page Avenue, the new dispensary is set to open Saturday, March 28, and reflects the brand’s broader push toward convenience-driven retail and delivery services. The 3,759-square-foot facility will introduce several new operational features, including a 24/7 preorder drive-thru pickup window available to both medical and adult-use customers. The offering is the first of its kind in the St. Louis area and only the second in Missouri, allowing customers to place orders online and pick them up at any time.
The Overland location will also function as a central delivery hub, supporting one of the largest service areas in the region, with coverage extending to communities such as Maryland Heights, Ladue, Clayton and Olivette. The company will continue to offer same-day, discreet delivery as part of its service model.
Inside, the dispensary will feature an expanded retail space along with infrastructure designed to support increased delivery demand. Customers will also have access to new loyalty offerings, including the recently launched Passport membership program, which provides rewards and savings on select products.
“This location represents an important step forward in the evolution of the Swade brand,” said Kevin Riggs, CEO of BeLeaf Medical, the parent company of Swade. “As Missouri’s cannabis market continues to mature, our focus is on creating a more modern, convenient experience for our customers.”
In addition to expanding access, the new dispensary is expected to create more than 40 jobs in the area, including roles in retail, management, security, and delivery. A grand opening celebration is planned for May, so keep an eye out for details.
