exception. This flagship drink is built around a mango-infused
raicilla, a coastal agave spirit from Jalisco, and elevated with
Genepy liqueur to brighten its herbaceous undertones. A housemade
garden elixir of basil, cilantro and mint adds a vegetal freshness,
while acidity from lime juice brings the cocktail into sharp focus.
