St. Louis’ Beloved Food Truck Event Returns for a Summer of Flavor
Sauce Magazine’s Food Truck Fridays rolls back into Tower Grove Park for eight unforgettable Friday nights — free admission, live music, 20+ trucks, and all the good vibes summer can hold.
It’s the food truck event that started them all. More than 20 of St. Louis’ finest mobile kitchens gather each Friday evening for friends, fun, live music, and great food at Sauce Food Truck Fridays — set under the historic canopy of Tower Grove Park with local craft brews flowing throughout the evening.
Kicking off on May 1st — the traditional opening Friday of the season — the Summer of Flavor 2026 Tour spans eight dates across May, June, August, September, and October. As always, admission is completely free, and guests are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs. Parking is available throughout the park and surrounding neighborhoods.
From BBQ and tacos to plant-based bowls and artisan ice cream — there’s something for everyone rolling down Tower Grove Drive every Friday evening.
Food Truck Fridays is produced in partnership with the St. Louis Food Truck Association (STLFTA), presented by 4 Hands Brewing Co. and Swade Cannabis Dispensary, with event production by Bucket List Creative.
