Whether you think Easter is for dressing up or for sleeping in, St. Louis restaurants can rise to the occasion. Below we’ve got fun for all of Easter weekend or meals and sweets to enjoy at home – all bunnies and egg hunts are optional.

Casa Don Alfonso
Casa Don Alfonso has events planned for April 4 and 5. On April 4, families can have “Brunch with the Bunny” and participate in the hotel scavenger hunt throughout the Ritz-Carlton. The brunch will include a tuna tartare station, roasted lamb shank and rigatoni allo scoglio. Coconut cream bunny cakes will make an appearance for dessert, along with chocolate mousse Easter eggs and brownie carrots. On April 5, the Southern Italian eatery will also host an Easter lunch buffet with a parmesan wheel pasta station, lamb osso buco, fried cod and a live ceviche station. The Casa Boutique will have Easter specials of their own, like carrot cake with cream cheese mousse and a Key lime berry tart. Das Bevo
The annual Eggs and Kegs adult Easter egg hunt is back at Das Bevo on April 4. The egg hunt starts right at 7 p.m. The eggs will be full of prizes, with a few golden eggs worth a grand prize mixed in. The kitchen and bar both open at 5 p.m. so guests can enjoy food and drink during the hunt. The regular menu will be available, along with seasonal drinks. Eckert’s Farm
On April 3 and 4, Easter Egg-citement is happening at Eckert’s Farm in Belleville. Tickets are $20 per child online or $30 at the door (adults are free!). Kids can collect up to 12 eggs during the Egg Hunt, then take a tractor ride, visit the petting zoo and duck pond, decorate cookies and even catch a surprise appearance by the Easter Bunny. Eckert’s Country Restaurant will also be serving a Flippity Flop Breakfast from 8 a.m. to noon. Visit their website for tickets to the fun.

Eclipse
From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Easter Sunday, Eclipse at the Moonrise Hotel will have brunch with omelettes, gourmet cheeses, pancakes and more classic breakfast options. They’ll also have prime rib, ham, salmon and side favorites like mac ‘n cheese and honey-glazed carrots for those who might prefer lunch for their meal. Live! by Loews
Live! by Loews – St. Louis is partnering with Build-a-Bear to host a Build-a-Bunny brunch on Easter Sunday. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Cardinal Ballroom, guests can enjoy an elevated brunch while children (and the kids at heart) build their own bunny to take home. The menu includes a carving station with prime rib, ham and salmon, a seafood and sushi display, breakfast favorites like pancakes and pastries, omelettes and a full kids’ menu. Tickets are $90 for adults and $45 for children up to age 12. Reservations can be made here.

Pastaria
Pastaria will be celebrating Easter from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. with themed lunch and dinner services, plus a signature option to-go. The Easter Bunny will hop into lunch to take photos. Diners will be able to enjoy prime rib, cacio scrambled eggs, bursting carbonara and breakfast pizza. Pickup will be on April 3 and 4 at Pastaria Deli & Wine; place orders here. The Preston
The Preston, the in-house restaurant at The Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza, is hosting a unique brunch experience on Easter for both adults and children. The meal opens with an appetizer buffet, including shrimp, crab claws and fresh oysters, plus salads and other small plates. Guests will then be able to choose from entrees including prime rib, duck confit and seared scallops, with a kid-friendly menu available as well. Belgian waffles and omelettes are also on offer, along with dessert. An additional add-on of bottomless mimosas or Bloody Marys is also available. Bolyard’s Meat & Provisions
Bolyard’s is back with Easter ham and more available for ordering this year. Their sugar-cured Newman hams are available in wholes or halves, with a whole ham feeding up to 20 people. They’re also offering French toast bread pudding, buttermilk biscuits, breakfast strata and a charcuterie tray, plus a party platter with 12 cold sandwiches. Butler’s Pantry
Butler’s Pantry isn’t doing snacks to go – they’re doing a whole feast. Their Easter brunch collection serves up to 12 people and is available for drop-off or pick-up. Sweet options include lemon berry strudel and carrot coffee cake, and the savory assortments feature bourbon glazed ham and breakfast casserole. Optional enhancements of lamb or beef tenderloin are also available. The full menu is available for ordering here; orders close at 4 p.m. on April 1.

Easter pre-orders for pick-up from Knead Bakehouse are open now. They’ll be closed on Easter Sunday, but not to worry, because pick-up will take place on April 3 and 4 so you’re all ready for Easter morning. Easter breakfast and sweets start with Nathaniel Reid Bakery. Their spinach and mushroom quiche feeds six, and so do their entremets. The Polynesia is full of coconut mousse, tropical fruit compote and almond cake, while the Sambava features dark chocolate mousse, vanilla creme brulee, hazelnut praline and chocolate pain de gênes. Get your orders in now for Easter to-go from Sugarfire Smokehouse. Their Easter specials include a full rack of baby back ribs, Easter ham is slow-smoked and glazed in brown sugar, brisket, salmon and pulled pork complete with your choice of barbecue sauce.
