The fourth Sauce Food Truck Friday of the season will take place at Tower Grove Park from 4 to 8 p.m. today, July 14. Here are five of the trucks that will park it this week.

Farmtruk

Known for their farm-to-table comfort food, Farmtruk will once again have their famous brisket mac and cheese, their grass-fed beef burger, a Reuben, and fried green tomatoes as a side option. For dessert, their blueberry-lemon gooey butter cake will be served.

Doughboys

With both ranch and marinara as sauce bases, Doughboys is serving up a plethora of pizza options including Buffalo chicken, Hawaiian, club and sweet heat. Made-to-order cheese pizzas and quesadillas with their full variety of additional toppings are also being sold.

Truck-O-Soup

Along with a variety of wraps, including Caesar and chicken-bacon-ranch, and sandwiches such as traditional Cuban and Italian subs, Truck-O-Soup will be serving their fan-favorite white chicken chili. Bags of chips, canned sodas and bottles of water will also be served.

Mission Taco Truck

Serving up a menu of strictly tacos, customers can choose from roasted pork, carne molida, portobello mushrooms, Baja fish, and grilled chicken as their proteins. Additional sides include guacamole, queso, chips and salsa, and all taco plates can be turned into a combo, with cilantro rice, refried beans, and street corn served on the side.

Fire & Ice Cream Truck

Served out of an antique fire truck, Fire & Ice will have vanilla, chocolate, mint chip and salted caramel ice cream flavors, along with a variety of flavors of their vegan Italian ice, and their famous Dipstix ice cream cone.

In addition to the food trucks, there will be plenty of alcoholic beverages for sale, including frozen drinks from Narwhal’s Crafted, along with beer from Schlafly and 4 Hands Brewing Co. Additionally, The Hamilton Band will be performing live music.
