BLK MKT Eats opens Wednesday, Oct. 18 at 9 S. Vandevender in Midtown.
The OG Fire, served here as a bowl, offers a choice of raw tuna or salmon cubes, Persian cucumbers, avocado, fried shallots, tempura crunch, masago, jalapeno and OF Fire sauce atop rice.
A few menu items like the OG Fire, are offered as nachos, too, served atop house-made wonton chips.
The burrito-sized sushi rolls are packaged in a hexagonal carryout box to ensure nothing is crushed in transit.
The Krilla Krunch features shrimp tempura, unagi slaw, Perisan cucumbers, avocado, carrots, masago, tempura crunch and an unagi sauce.
Each menu item, like the Krilla Krunch with shrimp tempura, is available as a bowl or a burrito-sized roll.
BLK MKT Eats offers New Jersey-based Puck’s sodas made with cane sugar and natural flavors.
Customers who want to dine-in can grab a stool or step up to the small standing bar.
The small eatery will offer primarily carryout and delivery service for lunch and dinner.
