Boundary is now open at 6300 Clayton Road at The Cheshire. Exposed brick replaces the Tudor wood details that formerly decorated The Restaurant at The Cheshire.

Lobster: The lobster cocktail at Boundary sees butter-poached Maine lobster with a savory remoulade and a wedge of butter lettuce.
A newly installed raw bar offers fresh seafood, raw oysters and hand-cut steak tartare, served with a smear of smoked pepper aioli, winter greens and a quail egg.
The New York Sour cocktail combines rye, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, bitters and port for lighter alternative to a Manhattan.
From left, the new cocktail list includes offering drinks like the spicy, tequila-based Revisit, the savory and peaty 6’2” & Bullet Proof, and the herbal, gin-based Strange Horse.
Boundary’s expanded bar is nearly double the size of The Restaurant’s former bar, offering additional seating.
Green leather banquettes and leather-topped tables offer sleek seating at Boundary.
Delicate rainbow trout is served with roasted leeks over a creamy sunchoke and roasted cauliflower puree.
