Cibare is now open in River City Casino & Hotel at 777 River City Casino Blvd.
Cibare’s specialty cannoli features a crisp pastry shell filled with house-made lemon ricotta, dipped in chocolate and espresso chips.

Cibare’s tiramisu is made with Lavazza coffee-soaked ladyfingers, whipped mascarpone and a thin layer of crisp coffee brulee.
The limoncello bundido, made with lemon curd, pastry crumbles, meringue and berries, is available on Cibare’s dessert menu or from the attached coffee shop and bakery.
The Chicken Scaloppini Sofia, named for executive chef Josh Schlink’s daughter, features a thin chicken cutlet over spaghetti tossed in a lemon-tomato sauce.

Cibare’s panini sandwiches like the turkey panini with sliced smoked turkey, pesto, fontina cheese, pancetta and roasted tomato on ciabatta are available for lunch only.
