The Weber Grill Academy kitchen in the new Weber Grill Restaurant in the Saint Louis Galleria is available for private rental and will offer public grilling classes starting in April.
Individual apple pies are topped with a dollop of whipped cream and a side of Serendipity ice cream.
The Wood-Fired Crab Cake features jumbo lump crab with poblano pepper, smoked corn, black beans and tomato salsa, topped with avocado and served with chipotle mayo.
Salmon is plank-grilled until meltingly tender, topped with a honey bourbon glaze and served with rotating seasonal vegetables, here with green beans.
The Mediterranean Grilled Vegetable salad is piled high with grilled asparagus, artichokes, roasted peppers, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, herbed pita croutons and a white balsamic vinaigrette over mixed greens.
The Prime KettleBurger is made with a blend of Prime Black Angus beer topped with bourbon grilled onions and melty Cabot sharp cheddar on a grill-toasted ciabata roll. A skewer of house-breaded fried pickles completes the tall stack.
A Weber Grill barbecue combo with beef brisket, pulled pork and Weber’s hickory barbecue ribs. Combos come with two sides (in this case roasted garlic mashed potatoes and bourbon baked beans) and smoked corn cornbread.
