Earlier today, Tuesday, March 18, Katie’s Pizza & Pasta Osteria took to social media to announce a fourth location is in the works.
The new location will be at the corner of Sappington and Watson roads in Crestwood, and this new building, currently under construction, will be the first standalone Katie’s restaurant.
In the video, Katie said that guests will be able to see the room where pasta is handmade right as they enter the building, and there will be a gorgeous patio with an indoor/outdoor bar with marble similar to what is featured at the Ballpark Village location. She said it will feature a gorgeous dining room and huge European-style open kitchen with huge countertops. The restaurant is targeting a fall 2025 opening. Katie’s other locations include Rock Hill, Town & Country and the aforementioned Ballpark Village restaurant.
