Just in time for National Fry Day on Friday, July 12, St. Louisans’ favorite roast beef fast food restaurant, Lion’s Choice, is launching a new menu of “trashed fries.”

There will be three new additions to the menu: chili cheese fries using the brand’s iconic cheddar cheese sauce and its hearty chili; Italian beef fries, which are essentially the Lion’s Choice Italian beef sandwich in fry form that will include gravy, the cheddar sauce and a choice of hot or mild peppers; and chipotle ranch fries, which will include the brand’s chipotle ranch and cheddar sauces, along with a sprinkling of bacon crumbles and Lion’s Choice seasoning.

The new menu launch comes on the heels of The Remix addition to the menu, which is a highly popular reboot of the original roast beef sandwich.

“Adding ‘Trashed Fries’ to the menu is another part of our ongoing commitment to give customers more customizable options,” Lion’s Choice CEO Fred Burmer said in a release. “We know that fans have been making their own loaded fry creations at Lion’s Choice for a while now, so we decided to make it a bit easier for them. Each version of our new trashed fries is a unique twist on the award-winning fries we’re known for, so we’re confident guests will love them.”
