Olive Street Smoke House (1227 Castillons Arcade Plaza) opened its doors today for lunch and dinner, GM Dan Manning just confirmed. The West County eatery’s menu, posted on its Facebook page, features smoked ribs and wings, a variety of burgers and other sandwiches, sides including fried pickle spears, and soups and salads. Its hours will run from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday, Manning said, and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.
