Ruth’s Chris Steak House may have built a reputation for making one heck of a sizzlin’ U.S. Prime corn-fed steak, but that doesn’t mean that RCs in the St. Louis area don’t go in for fish on Fridays. The lineup for the steakhouse’s Friday Fish Feature menu – blue crab cakes, salmon fillets, ahi tuna, barbecued shrimp, live Maine lobster and, of course, a catch of the day – has our mouth watering just as much as it does for a juicy ribeye or porterhouse.
