One of St. Louis’ favorite traditions is back this week as Sauce Food Truck Friday takes over the southwest area of Tower Grove Park for the final time this summer. (Don’t worry, we’ve got two more this fall – Sept. 26 and Oct. 3, along with Harvest Festival on Oct. 12.) Guests can stroll through the park and choose from a lineup of 20 local food trucks, enjoy cold drinks and catch live music under the trees.

This edition will have an extra dose of team spirit, with Louie, the Blues mascot, and the Blue Crew joining the festivities. Fans can snap photos and play interactive games throughout the evening. Season ticket holders can look forward to a special perk: a reserved tent area with tables and chairs. Those who RSVP through the email sent by the Blues will be counted in, and the first 100 to arrive will receive a free “speed pass” to jump the food truck lines.

This event will feature a wide mix of savory favorites, including Balkan Treat Box, Beast Craft BBQ Co., Buzz’s Hawaiian Grill, Cajun Seduction, Case and Bucks, Farmtruk, FUFU n’ Sauce, Hog Call Barbeque, Jaaise Grubb, Jive Turkey, Seoul Taco, Takozz, Tuk Tuk Thai, Widdy’s Cheesesteaks and Wok and Roll STL. For anyone with a sweet tooth, Destination Desserts, Scoops & More, Scoops of Joy, and The Sweet Side will be serving up plenty of desserts. Drinks will be flowing too, with options from Honey Bee Tea, Chillax Tap & Co., 4 Hands Brewing Co., STL Barkeep and Mighty Kind. LeafGuard will also be on-site. The vendor list is subject to change.

Adding to the lively atmosphere, local band Moon Valley will perform live music during the event. Please note that our hours are adjusted slightly to 3:30-7:30 p.m. to accommodate the setting sun. As always, admission is free, with food and drinks available for purchase. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs, and parking is available throughout the park and surrounding neighborhoods.
