Lisa Govro, owner of mobile spice and tea parlor The ReTrailer, is revving up for spring. Govro sent news that apart from once again participating in the Schlafly Farmers Market and the Tower Grove Farmers Market, she has a number of other projects in the works for her business that she launched only one year ago.
While you’re at the market, look for Govro’s line of farm-fresh items. Beginning this season, Govro is working with Justin Leszcz, owner of Yellow Tree Farm, to provide fresh, seasonal teas and herbal confections using 100-percent local, organic ingredients. As an example, she cited barley-mint-honeysuckle tea.
In addition, Govro is forming the STL Mobile Retail Association with plans to launch a pop-up mall in early summer. “The STL Mobile Retail Association will bring together an eclectic mix of mobile shops in one location, either a vacant lot or parking lot, in a high pedestrian location,” explained Govro of the pop-up mall concept.
