An all-seasons rooftop bar is something we’ve long awaited. With the announcement that St. Louis-based Lodging Hospitality Management (LMH) will be building Three Sixty, a 275-seat lounge atop their Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark, it looks like the wait is nearly over.
Three Sixty – to be developed by Concentric Restaurants, an Atlanta-based firm noted for its rooftop venues – will sit 25 stories atop the downtown hotel at One S. Broadway. The 6,000-square-foot facility will offer a 360-degree vista of downtown, including a bird’s eye view of Busch Stadium. The space will feature a massive outdoor bar, several indoor bars, built-in fire pits and multiple private and semi-private dining areas. “It’s a pretty contemporary design,” noted spokesperson Heather Strahorn, who cited ROOF, the rooftop lounge at the Wit hotel in Chicago, as a good example of what planners have in mind for Three Sixty.
The lounge will offer small plates as well as a comprehensive list of beer, wine and cocktails. Strahorn said that LMH has not yet determined the culinary leadership team for the project.
Look for Three Sixty to open this summer – “Ideally, in July,” said Strahorn, citing new construction atop the tower and weather as factors that could impact the timeline for opening.
