The off-menu Meatballs and Polenta at Trattoria Marcella are a poorly kept secret. A blend of chuck and pork flecked with fresh herbs, the meatballs are soused in a San Marzano tomato sauce and spooned over decadent polenta made with plenty of cream, Parmigiano-Reggiano and a little butter for good measure.
