INGREDIENTS
4 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. sugar
¼ tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. honey, divided
2 tsp. vegetable oil
½ tsp. almond extract
1 Tbsp. sliced almonds
PREPARATION
Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, milk, 1 tablespoon honey, oil and almond extract in a coffee mug.
Gently fold in the sliced almonds and 1 teaspoon honey.
Microwave 1 minute. If still wet, microwave 15 more seconds. Serve warm.
