INGREDIENTS

2 cups cooked chickpeas 
2 ripe avocados
2 Tbsp. tahini
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
½ tsp. table salt
¼ cup plus 1 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
2 Tbsp. lime juice.
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro, for garnish

PREPARATION

• In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, the flesh of the avocados, tahini, minced garlic and table salt and pulse until well combined. 

• With the food processor running, pour in the olive oil and lime juice. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until the hummus reaches your desired texture. Taste and adjust seasonings. 

• Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and garnish with chopped cilantro.
