• Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
• Arrange the baguette slices on 2 rimmed baking sheets. Bake for 2 to 3 minutes, or until toasted.
• Meanwhile, in a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate. Once the chocolate has melted, remove from heat and combine the chocolate in a bowl with the saba.
• To serve, spread 1 teaspoon of chocolate saba sauce atop each slice. Sprinkle with kosher salt and orange zest.

1 4.25-oz bar dark chocolate
¼ cup saba*
Coarse kosher salt
Zest of 1 large orange
