INGREDIENTS
1 lb. unsalted butter, softened
3 to 5 garlic cloves, minced
1 shallot, finely diced
½ bunch fresh parsley, chopped
½ tsp. kosher salt
¼ tsp. white pepper
PREPARATION
In the bowl of a stand mixer, add all the ingredients and whip on medium-high speed until combined.
Transfer the butter to the middle of a large sheet of parchment paper and mold it into a long cylinder. Twist the ends of the paper tightly to seal. Freeze 1 to 2 hours before serving.
