In a shallow casserole dish, pour the Grand Marnier over the strawberries. Refrigerate for 5 hours.
Remove the strawberries, reserving the marinade.
Divide the strawberries evenly among 4 dessert bowls.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the heavy whipping cream and the reserved marinade. Shake hard and then pour atop the strawberries.
Serve immediately.
