INGREDIENTS
5 fresh passion fruits
5 Tbsp. sugar
3½ cups water
PREPARATION
Slice each fruit in half and scoop out the pulp, including seeds. (The seeds are edible, but if desired, remove them by straining through a sieve or cheesecloth, then squeeze to extract the remaining juice.)
Place the pulp in a blender and add the sugar and water. Blend. Taste and add more sugar if desired.
