• Combine the first 6 ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake and strain into a Collins glass filled with cracked ice.

• Float Disaronno over the top.

• Garnish with a berry, if desired.

1 oz. Ron Zacapa Centenario 23-year-old rum
1 oz. Camus VS cognac
½ oz. lemon juice
½ oz. passion fruit juice
½ oz. raspberry syrup
Few drops Spanish bitters
1 oz. Disaronno amaretto
1 fresh berry for garnish
