Place the ground turkey in a large bowl or roasting pan.
Combine the peppers, salt, cinnamon and parsley flakes and thoroughly mix them into the ground turkey.
Add the breadcrumbs, brown sugar and chutney. Mix thoroughly.
Form the sausage into patties and fry them until they are lightly browned on each side.
