I would go to Barcelona on the Mediterranean and eat at Can Majó. [It has] great seafood. I love the razor clams. They are so briny – fresh right from the coast. And they have their own goat farm. They make goat cheese and use it on a salad with bitter greens, toasted pine nuts and a romesco vinaigrette. Oh, and a nice big block of foie gras, slightly warm with grilled bread. They have many paellas. I would have a paella with rice, sofrito, langostinos, mussels and clams, and a paella with noodles called fideuà. It’s paella but with crushed vermicelli instead of rice. You sit out on this gorgeous patio right on the Mediterranean with a glass of rose cava.
