The interior of St. Louis Soup Dumplings features crisp, minimalist décor and 30 seats.
Grab-and-go items will be available at the counter.
The initial menu at St. Louis Soup Dumplings includes five different dumpling variations, including pork and crab, shrimp and mozzarella, beef, chicken and fish.
Dumplings are made by hand, then steamed to order and served inside their bamboo steamers.
