After Dark, a new Munich-style dark lager from Modern Brewery, showcases notes of roasted malt and mild nuttiness. It pours a beautiful, dark amber color with an almond-flesh colored head. Brewed with German malt, yeast and hops, this 5.5%-ABV lager is designed for chilly weekend evenings around a fire with friends. It would pair perfectly with a nice burger or a skillet-cooked sausage.
