Crazy Bowls & Wraps is turning paper receipts into a football-season game, giving customers a chance to score free food while competing for weekly prizes.

The St. Louis-based chain launched Bowl Games on Sept. 30. The promotion runs through Nov. 14 at all 15 locations across Missouri and Illinois, combining digital game cards, a store leaderboard and a computer-generated football announcer.

To play, customers visit crazybowlsandwraps.com/bowl-games, enter a first name and upload a photo of a qualifying paper receipt. The items purchased determine which of five digital cards they receive, with each card unlocking a different food reward.

The prizes include free chips and queso, a Crazy Crispy Treat, a regular fountain drink, edamame or a cheese quesadilla. Customers who collect all five cards earn a free regular bowl or wrap.

The game also tracks verified receipts by location. Each week, the customer with the most qualifying receipts at each restaurant wins a Taco Kit designed to serve four to five people.

Adding to the football theme is Chip Teriyaki, a computer-generated announcer that delivers a personalized play-by-play call based on a customer’s order. The character might treat a Jerk bowl like a game-winning interception, turning an everyday meal into a mock sports highlight.

The promotion is part of a broader digital revamp at Crazy Bowls & Wraps. This summer, the company rebuilt its website, shifted online ordering to its own platform and introduced the Craziologist, a chatbot that answers questions about menus, store hours and specials.

Founded in St. Louis in 1994, Crazy Bowls & Wraps serves made-to-order bowls, wraps and salads. Bowl Games is free to enter, and qualifying paper receipts printed on or after Sept. 20 can be submitted within 14 days. Customers must link a Crazy Points account to receive rewards.
