Fall is coming in hot at this year’s Harvest Festival, which returns to the southwest corner of Tower Grove Park on Sunday, Oct. 18. Under new ownership from STL Bucket List, the annual celebration is getting a major upgrade, with an expanded lineup of local food, drinks, makers, farmers and live music from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The fall tradition brings thousands to the park each year for crisp autumn air, seasonal food and drinks, shopping from local makers and plenty of time beneath Tower Grove Park’s changing canopy. This year’s expanded event will feature roughly 20 restaurants and food vendors, nearly 20 food and drink vendors, about 10 beverage partners, dozens of artists and makers and several farmers.
Music runs throughout the day, with Big Mike & the Blu City All-Stars kicking things off with soulful tunes from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Ghost Kitchen takes over from 2:30 to 5 p.m., playing a set of Grateful Dead, Allman Brothers and Santana favorites.
Visitors can grab lunch, sip a drink, shop handmade goods and settle in for an afternoon of live music, making for a full day of fall festival-ing in the park.
