When you say “vice,” there are few things people identify with more than alcohol.
That’s why the Sidecar from Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse worked so perfectly as the cover for The Vice Issue, on newsstands now. Any number of the cocktails shot by Carmen Troesser for our Resurgin’ Bourbon feature would have been appropriate, but it was that punch of sunny yellow on stark black that made it feel especially vice-y.
That, and the fact that the drink itself is a good one made the March 2012 cover one for the books.
