Pop Pop Hurray, the beloved local gourmet popcorn shop, is expanding its reach with a brand-new location at City Foundry STL slated to open on Saturday, Jan. 11. Known for its inventive flavors and playful approach, this new addition promises to infuse even more excitement into the Foundry’s flourishing food hall. The shop’s third location in the St. Louis area represents a smaller yet equally vibrant chapter in the Pop Pop Hurray story.

“We’ve always admired how City Foundry has become a hub for some of the best food in St. Louis,” shared owner and founder Tony Davis. “The opportunity to join such a dynamic space felt like the perfect next step for Pop Pop Hurray. We wanted to bring our unique flavors and fun vibe to a location that shares our passion for community and connection.”

At just 350 square feet, the new space may be compact, but it’s designed with purpose. Unlike their larger locations, which average around 2,000 square feet, this intimate space allows for efficiency without sacrificing the signature experience Pop Pop Hurray fans adore. The inviting front counter gives guests a direct view of the fresh popcorn magic as it happens, adding to the sense of energy and discovery that City Foundry embodies.

Pop Pop Hurray’s menu at the Foundry will stay true to its roots, offering signature flavors alongside exclusive, limited-time options. Fans can look forward to surprises like the Foundry Flavor of the Week, developed to make every visit unique. Popular staples, such as their best-selling STL Mix, featuring Red Hot Riplets and Dad’s Cookies, a locally inspired take on the classic Chicago Mix, will also be available. The shop will also tempt your taste buds with a refreshing variety of frozen slushies and freshly made cotton candy, offering something for every craving.

The Foundry’s collaborative spirit is a perfect fit for Pop Pop Hurray’s ethos of creativity and connection. “What excites us most about being part of the City Foundry community is being surrounded by such a diverse and creative array of local food and dessert vendors,” Davis shared. “City Foundry feels like a celebration of St. Louis’ food culture, and we’re thrilled to be a part of that experience.”

Looking ahead, Pop Pop Hurray plans to host events, tastings and community engagements at the new space, solidifying its role as more than just a popcorn shop. With big plans for the future, Pop Pop Hurray is poised to expand its presence while staying true to its playful, flavor-forward identity.
