The festival of San Fermín begins in Pamplona, Spain, on Tuesday. For the next week, thousands will converge on the streets, partaking in some Spanish-style merriment and daring a daily run with the bulls. Wanna have a San Fermín celebration of your own? We’ve come up with a festive menú del día for you and your friends. We’ve also included suggestions on where to pick up the provisions in case you’d rather spend time outfitting yourself in traditional white garb, complete with a red bandana. Let the party begin!

Aperitivos: Anchovy-stuffed olives, Palacios chorizo (hot or mild) and Manchego cheese with membrillo (aka quince paste) all from The Wine and Cheese Place
Primer plato: Trader Joe’s brand gazpacho
Segundo plato: Paella mixta, carryout from Modesto on The Hill
Postre: Individual-sized Kozy Shack brand flan from Whole Foods Market
