A Saucy congrats to Balaban’s Wine Cellar & Tapas Bar in Chesterfield for the praise it received from Wine Spectator magazine. In the magazine’s August issue, Balaban’s earned an Award of Excellence for “a cellar highlighting interesting and rare selections with a staff of professionals dedicated to giving the customer a memorable dining experience” in pairing wine with food. The restaurant also received additional honors for its inexpensive wine pricing.
