A Saucy congrats to Taste by Niche, which Bon Appétit named one of the country’s 10 best new cocktail bars in its August issue. The mag gave props to local mixologist Ted Kilgore and Niche chef Gerard Craft for their collaboration on The Grey Fizz, a drink complete with gin, Earl Grey-infused vermouth, lemon and egg whites.
