Missouri’s first food truck garden, 9 Mile Garden, opens Friday, July 3, at 9375 Gravois Road in Affton. The grand opening celebration of the 86,000-square-foot park stretches through the weekend, ending Sunday, July 5.

After the grand opening, the garden will be open for lunch and dinner service Monday through Saturday featuring a rotating selection of food trucks, including Guerrilla Street Food, Poptimism, Seoul Taco, Essentially Fries and more. There will also be a few alternative trucks selling flowers, pet treats and other non-food items. Lunch will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with dinner service from 5 to 9 p.m. Check the website for updates to the vendor lineup.

The Canteen, a 4,500-square-foot bar at the garden, and will house a rotating array of local beverages, including beers from Modern Brewery, 4 Hands Brewing Co., Earthbound Beer and more. There are also cocktails on draft from 1220 Artisan Spirits and Pinckney Bend Distillery, along with Confluence Kombucha and Blueprint Coffee cold brew. The Canteen will open at 11 a.m. each day and close at midnight Monday through Thursday, with extended weekend hours, closing at 1 a.m. Friday and Saturday.

The family-friendly spot will also feature live music, yard and board games, as well as movie nights on a 26-foot jumbo screen.
