Earthbound Beer opens doors at its new location down the street at 2724 Cherokee St. Saturday, Sept. 23.
The 2,500-square-foot tasting room seats around 80 guests on the first floor and mezzanine.
The bar now offers 16 taps, two nitro taps, wine by the glass and a selection of neat spirit pours.
The floating mezzanine above the tasting room was designed and constructed by architect Nathan Dirnberger. It offers additional seating and can be reserved for special events.
Earthbound can produce 10 times more beer on its new 7-barrel system below the tasting room.
The owners and crew dug out these caves below the neighboring building and plan to use the space for barrel aging.
A canning line will see 16-ounce four-packs of popular brews like Tax Evader DIPA and Meteor IPA.
The patio is still under construction but will be enclosed by hedges and feature a service window to order beers at the bar.
