Mad Crab opened doors at 8080 Olive Blvd., on July 17 in University City.
The seafood boil spot seats 205 in a nautical themed space.
The daily market prices for lobster, crab and shrimp are currently displayed behind the bar.
The boils are prepared to order, then tossed in a plastic bag with a customer’s selected seasoning and spice level and served in bucket on paper-lined tables.
A crawfish boil is soused in The Whole Sha-Bang sauce: a combo of Mad Crab’s Ragin’ Cajun, lemon pepper and garlic sauces.
Other boil options include crab legs (both king and snow), mussels, clams and lobster. Add corn, potatoes or sausage to round out the meal.
