Timothy’s the Restaurant patio will be able to seat just under 30.
Timothy’s the Restaurant can seat 38 in its bar and lounge area. The main dining room can seat 40.
Timothy’s will be open Tuesday to Saturday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Eventually, the restaurant will offer lunch and Sunday brunch.
Co-owned by Tim Metz and Sean Olson – also the owners of Pickles Deli – Timothy’s will see the restaurateurs stepping into their first fine dining brick-and-mortar.
The Timothy’s Burger has pimento cheese, crispy onions, and Dijon mayo, and is served with fries and house ketchup.
Metz said the wine list will include over 100 bottles.
The cork wall is made of corks found at Balaban’s; some of the bar’s banquettes also are from the restaurant.
