Union Loafers seats 40 inside the 2,400-square-foot space.

The Little Gem salad sees little gem lettuce tossed with house-made sourdough breadcrumbs, fine herbs and house-made buttermilk dressing.
The roasted pork sandwich is a nod to a Cuban with country ham, dill pickle, mustard and garlic mayonnaise on house-made ciabatta.
Co-owner and baker Ted Wilson checks on loaves rising in the bakery. Union Loafers makes all its bread – and most everything else it serves – in-house.
The towering heirloom tomato tartine is served open-face on a slice of Light & Mild and garnished with cucumber, white anchovies and herbs.
The white bean and kale soup includes substantial chunks of country ham and is served with torn pieces of Light & Mild and a side of a pesto-like gremolada.
The smoked beet sandwich is served with sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing, Emmenthal and hard-boiled egg on house-made ciabatta.
