Wicked Greenz is opening doors at 16 N. Central Ave. in Clayton Monday, Oct. 3.
The 60-seat interior boasts a rustic-industrial theme with barn-wood accents, chalkboard décor and an open-air feel.
Menu items can be served as wraps or in bowls. The blackened chicken-bacon Caesar salad features Asiago cheese, grape tomatoes, red onion and basil, served with Parmesan-peppercorn Caesar dressing.
The Mexicali salad is tossed with black beans, red onion, grilled corn, cilantro, pico de gallo and pepper jack cheese. It can be topped with proteins like steak and dressings like charred tomato vinaigrette.
The Yo Adrian goes to Italy (and The Hill) holds salami, pepperoni, giardiniera, Provel and Parmesan with Italian herbs and white balsamic vinaigrette.
Housemade croutons, chopped basil and a sprinkle of cheese float atop creamy tomato soup.
