The 3-year-old mobile eatery settled down and quietly opened a brick-and-mortar at 2 W. Pearce Blvd., in Wentzville at the end of October.
The newly renovated restaurant can accommodate 45 diners in the main dining room with room for another 24 on the soon-to-be-enclosed patio with heaters and will soon feature a bar.
Combine any two tacos into a salad served with fresh salsa and avocado vinaigrette.
Grilled Ancho Chicken Wings are slow smoked and grilled, tossed in honey chipotle and served with avocado ranch dipping sauce.
Shrimp & Poblano Grits features large gulf shrimp sautéed with bell peppers and chorizo, piled on top of creamy roasted poblano grits and topped with crema and fresh avocado.
A dish from the Yo! Salsa food truck with a cult following, the Fundido Macaroni & Cheese uses white reposed queso tossed with cavatappi noodles, jack and cheddar cheese, chorizo, pico de gallo, and topped with crispy tortilla strips.
Tacos come three per order with a side item. Offerings include Barbacoa Beef and Mesquite Smoked Portabella Mushroom.
