Hi-Pointe Drive-In, the 2022 Readers’ Choice favorite restaurant, will open its sixth location on Monday, March 6, at 6015 Mid Rivers Mall Drive in Cottleville. This is the first location in St. Charles County.
Co-owners Charlie Downs, Mike Johnson and Ben Hillman are eager for a new community to experience Hi-Pointe in their neighborhood. “We just love Cottleville. We’ve been wanting to try something out there for a long time. It’s a great location,” Johnson said. Guests can expect the same signature menu at this location including both the set menu items like the smash burger and Frisco Melt and the rotating burger specials plus their classic soda floats and shakes.
At 3,000 square feet, the restaurant will have the same bold, nostalgic aesthetic as the other locations and will accommodate about 70 guests. Hi-Pointe Cottleville will be open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. “We’re pumped,” Johnson said.
