The last Sauce Food Truck Friday of the year will take place from 3 to 7 p.m. this Friday, Oct. 6, at Tower Grove Park. Here are a few of the trucks that will close out the season.
Cajun Seduction
Although menu items can vary from event to event, Cajun Seduction offers dishes such as crab cakes with remoulade, deep-fried salmon bites, gumbo and Cajun pasta.
Zacchi Jordanian Cuisine
Zacchi will be serving their lamb and chicken shawarma, as well as their falafel, in several different formats. Their wraps, both traditional and “monster” sized, will come with onion, tomatoes and cucumber salad, and garlic sauce, or you can order the proteins as loaded fries, low-carb bowls or sliders. Shakes will also be served, including flavors such as baklava, dates and Turkish delight, to name a few.
Wok & Roll
Expect Chinese food classics like chicken pot stickers, vegetable fried rice, crab Rangoon and vegetable spring rolls. Don’t miss out on the peanut Thai shrimp tacos or their spicy dragon balls.
In addition to the food trucks, there will be plenty of beverages for sale, including frozen drinks from Narwhal’s Crafted, seltzers from Mighty Kind, along with beer from Schlafly and 4 Hands Brewing Co. Additionally, Phree Wrider will be performing live music.
