Mooyah Burgers, Fries & Shakes, the Texas-born fast-casual burger concept known for its award-winning burgers, hand-cut fries and real ice cream shakes, is expanding into Missouri with a grand opening in O’Fallon on March 14. The restaurant, located at 2025 State Hwy. K, Suite 2027, in Frontier Plaza, held a soft opening on Feb. 24, giving locals an early taste of its menu.

Owned and operated by local entrepreneur Mark Notz, the O’Fallon location brings Mooyah’s commitment to quality ingredients and endless customization to St. Charles County. “Bringing the first Mooyah to Missouri is an incredible honor,” Notz said in a release. “We’re not just about great burgers – we’re creating a welcoming place for families and friends to gather. With endless ways to customize meals, including vegetarian and gluten-free options, we have something for everyone.”

To celebrate its arrival in Missouri, Mooyah is offering free fries with any burger purchase on March 14, available in-store and online for one day only. Guests can also enter a giveaway for free Mooyah for a year by scanning their Mooyah Rewards App, with 15 winners selected over six weeks. Exclusive merchandise and coupons will be available while supplies last.

“The opening of our first Missouri location in O’Fallon marks an exciting milestone for Mooyah,” said Gary Lisenbee, VP of Development and Operations Services, in the release. “Expanding into a new state is always a big step, and we’re confident that Mark will set the standard for Mooyah in Missouri. His dedication to quality and hospitality aligns perfectly with our brand, and we look forward to seeing O’Fallon embrace our signature burgers, fries, and shakes.”

Mooyah in O’Fallon will be open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. For more information, visit www.mooyah.com.
