Brewing since November, a house-made batch of clemencello will be accompanying the restaurant’s five-course lineup for Valentine’s Day. “It tastes just like a fresh clementine. It doesn’t have an alcohol bite at all,” said chef and owner Amy Zupanci. Next up: a blood-orange variant of the liqueur. Look for it sometime in April or May.
